At BotaniBrew, operated by Enerstrbright, we want you to enjoy every herbal tea blend and recipe experience. This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for products purchased through enerstrbright.click or by direct order with our Henderson, Nevada team.

Eligible Products

This policy applies to sealed and unopened botanical tins sold on our catalog, including Dawn Meadow Blend, Twilight Hearth Infusion, and Citrus Grove Rooibos. Because herbal products are sensitive to handling and storage, we cannot accept returns of opened tins unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Return Window

You may request a return within thirty calendar days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Requests received after the return window may be considered at our discretion for defective items only.

Condition Requirements

Returned items must be unused, sealed, and free from odor or moisture exposure. We may refuse returns that show signs of opening, repackaging, or improper storage. Include all inserts, steep cards, and outer packaging sent with your order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened tins or sachets once the safety seal is broken.
• Products purchased during final clearance sales marked non-returnable at checkout.
• Custom blended orders prepared to your specifications unless defective.
• Digital recipe content, which is provided at no additional charge with qualifying purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you purchased, notify us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including standard shipping costs where applicable. Keep all shipping materials until your claim is resolved.

Return Process

After we approve your return, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization reference. Ship items to the address we specify using a trackable service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend retaining tracking until your refund is issued.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect returned goods. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable except when the return results from our mistake or a defective product. Bank processing times may add additional days before funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you prefer a different blend of equal value, contact us to arrange an exchange subject to inventory availability. You may be responsible for shipping both directions unless the exchange is due to our fulfillment error.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. Once a tracking number is issued, the order follows the return process above. Pre-ordered seasonal items may have separate cancellation terms communicated at purchase.

State Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable United States state laws. Residents of certain states may have additional rights regarding defective goods or misrepresented products.
